At Aya Creations, we take great care in baking and delivering high-quality cakes and cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, and the customization requirements for cakes/ cookies, we have the following return and exchange policy:

1. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns on cakes, cookies, or any other baked goods once they have been picked up or delivered
• Date change: you can change the date of your order 72 hrs prior to the delivery date provided that there will be no changes in the design of your order
• Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Custom or large orders i.e full set, require a 96-hour notice for cancellations.
• Once an order is prepared, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Refund Process
